2. Offline membership form shall be filled either in English or Marathi only while online registration form has to be filled in English only.

3. The membership offer is valid subject to realization of the cheque or clearance from the drawer’s bank.

4. You hereby authorize “Maharashtra Times Culture Club” to do transactional calls and send promotional messages on your registered mobile number.

5. Prospects availing online membership will receive their membership kit delivered to their registered address by courier.

6. Membership is open to all Indian residents aged 18 years & above. Rights of membership are reserved with Bennett Coleman & Co.Ltd./Maharashtra Times only.

7. This is a one time limited period offer.

8. The offers and discounts offered will be valid for a maximum of 2 people i.e member + non-member.

9. The offers or discounts availed by the members by the way of MT Culture Club card cannot be clubbed with any other offer or exchanged for cash.

10. Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. (Maharashtra Times) at its sole discretion can withdraw, modify or amend the membership drive offer with or without prior notice.

11. The subscription offer is non-transferable & non-refundable.

Accordingly, in consideration for Bennett &Colman & Co.Ltd. making the MT Culture Club card program available to members and participation vendors who make sales or purchases through the MT Culture Club card program acknowledge and agree that under no circumstances shall Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from, or airs out of the purchase, sale use of any products or services purchased or sold.

13. Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. (Maharashtra Times) has the sole right at its discretion to accept or reject any membership without giving any reason.

14. Any disputes related to the membership drive shall be subject to jurisdiction of local court.

16. In case of any false information/student id submission; your membership fee will be forfeited and your club membership will be cancelled.
