Sharvari Jamenis is a renowned classical Kathak dancer and a popular actress in Marathi Films & TV industry. Sharvari Jamenis is a disciple of Smt. Rohini Bhate. She has given various national and international performances and has been highly acclaimed for them. She has been awarded 'Ustad Bismillah Khan Yuva Puraskar', 'P. L. Smruti Traunai Puraskaar' and much more.  The session will cover topics;

1. Importance of dance in life
2. Introduction of Kathak dance style ( History, specialty, different schools घराणी in kathak)
3. Training of some Basic movements of kathak including footwork, spins, and recitation.
4. Abhinay in kathak. (Will teach a small poem or some part from a bandish)
